FATIMA HEWAIDI
MARKET INTELLIGENCE OFFICER AT BARCLAYS
Fatima Hewaidi currently leads the Market Intelligence office for the Middle East at Barclays Private Bank in Switzerland. For the past four years, she was a Business Engagement Lead at the World Economic Forum, where she developed partnerships and curated dialogues among business leaders in the Middle East and North Africa. Prior to this, she measured and analyzed the ease of starting a business across the Middle East and Africa as a Consultant in the World Bank's Doing Business project. Fatima holds an MA in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University - School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a BA in International Relations from the University of British Columbia. She also studied at Sciences Po Paris - Menton Campus for Middle East and Mediterranean Studies. Fatima speaks English, Arabic, French, and conversational Hebrew.
DR. SOPHIA LUNT
ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR IN THE DEPARTMENT OF BIOCHEMISTRY AND MOLECULAR BIOLOGY AT MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY (MSU)
Dr. Sophia Lunt is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Michigan State University (MSU). She received her Ph.D. from Princeton University and completed her postdoctoral work at MIT. She received the DoD Visionary Postdoctoral Fellowship for her postdoctoral studies. She started her research laboratory at MSU in 2015. Dr. Lunt has received a number of grants and awards including: NIH NCI R01, NSF CAREER award, Metabolomics Association Young Investigator Award, AACR NextGen Grant, DoD Breakthrough Award, METAvivor Early Career Investigator Award, MSU NatSci Teacher-Scholar Award, and the Biochemistry & Molecular Biology Teaching Award. She has publications in top journals including Nature, Molecular Cell, and Cancer Cell. Her laboratory focuses on understanding the role of metabolism in supporting breast cancer proliferation, heterogeneity, and metastasis. Dr. Lunt and her team combine mass spectrometry, cell biology, fluorescent theranostics, and genetic models of cancer to investigate metabolic regulation in this complex disease.
KENYETTA DOTSON
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY-BASED IMPLEMENTATION AND ENGAGEMENT, MSU, FLINT, MI
Kenyetta has devoted her life to aide youth, families, marginalized groups and communities who have experienced financial and social hardships, by helping to restore independence, self-sufficiency, and leadership skills. She equates education with empowerment and strives daily to promote healthy, purposeful living. Kenyetta Dotson founded a local non-profit organization committed to eliminating the culture and tolerance for violence. For the past 21 years her passion, energy, commitment to eliminating violence in our community and at the same time, increasing the resiliency of youth has been the seed that continues to drive great community-based organizations and the people she has shared her talents, time, gifts, and treasures. Her favorite quotes, “Change Begins With Me, and Get Involved and Make a Difference” and guiding mantra is, “Everybody is somebody.”
DR. STACEY L. CAMP
ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF ANTHROPOLOGY AND DIRECTOR OF THE CAMPUS ARCHAEOLOGY PROGRAM AT MSU
Dr. Stacey L. Camp is an Associate Professor of Anthropology and Director of the Campus Archaeology Program at MSU. She also serves as the Graduate Program Director of the Ph.D. Program in Anthropology. She is an historical archaeologist who examines migrant and diasporic communities living in the 19th and 20th century Western United States. She has conducted ethnography and archaeological research in the Midwestern and Western United States, China, and Ireland.Kelley Shrewsbury is the President & Founder of RAA Financial Services, and the Finance Director of Get Movin' Fundraising. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Livonia MI.
KELLEY SHREWSBURY
FINANCE PROFESSIONAL
Kelley is an accomplished finance professional with expertise in budgeting & forecasting, performance metrics, vendor management, and instituting solutions to increase profitability and reduce operating expenses.
As the Finance Director of Get Movin’ Fundraising, Kelley has collaborated with the President and Founder of the company since its exception back in 2007.
As the President & Founder of RAA Financial Services, Kelley started the business doing individual taxes for her friends and family. She started the business in 2010 and it has grown through her leadership and financial expertise. She has helped her clients understand the tax laws and helped them by creating a tax plan to reduce their tax liability and help them keep more of their hard-earned money. All her clients have come from referrals from her clients and friends.
Kelley's dedication and hard work have made her an inspiration to many, and her expertise in finance has helped to empower women in the workplace and beyond. She is a true example of a successful woman who has excelled in a male-dominated industry.
When she is not working, Kelley enjoys playing golf, tennis, and pickle ball. She believes that these sports have taught her important skills such as discipline, patience, and resilience. She also recognizes the importance of self-care and enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active.
EMMILY LEAVY
Sr Manager II Strategy and Business Development at Walmart & Founder & CEO of Clothes To Children
Emmily is a Strategy/Business Development leader at Walmart and was promoted after receiving the Making a Difference award for “significant contribution to the success of Walmart”. She is passionate about driving positive change thru Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. She was recently appointed to the charter Walmart U.S. Corporate CDEI Council and also serves on the Walmart U.S. DE&I Marketing Review Board. She previously worked at AT&T leading consumer centers as well as the project management of a 2B portfolio of Georgia & South Carolina retail store operations, business continuity, real estate and mergers. She uses her experience in leading organizations, financial literacy, and mergers to do Keynote speaking and serve on Boards.
Emmily Leavy is also the Founder and CEO of Clothes To Children. It is an Arkansas based 501c(3) nonprofit charity helping low income families secure clothing for their children. Emmily loves helping the community and it shows in feedback from families and local shelters. “Emmily and her team were so kind and helpful with the mothers and their children… Clothes To Children takes compassion to another level. We love them.” Her organization was honored by the city of North Little Rock, AR when the Mayor named every Aug 15th as annual “Clothes To Children Day”. Clothes To Children was also recently recognized by NWA Martin Luther King Jr. Council’s annual Salute to Greatness with the “2022 Organization of the Year” award.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies (Business Administration) with a minor in Project Management. Her favorite word is “Amazing”, enjoys spending time with family, cooking, volunteering and writing poetry. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. NWA Area Alumnae Chapter whose purpose is to provide assistance and support through established programs in local communities throughout the world. Fun Fact… her and her family were recently on the Family Feud show with Steve Harvey.

In between screenwriting, podcasting, and producing projects, I work to equip other Womxn of Color creatives with the tools and resources needed to inspire the world through their stories.
I'm a graduate of the University of Michigan (BA in Communications) and The George Washington University (MEdu in Organizational Leadership & Learning).
